Xtabentun is a Yucatecan liquor, made with fermented honey from the nectar of the xtabentun flower (go figure), with anise seed and rum. Difficult to find in the US (I brought mine back from the Yucat√°n years ago), and even more difficult to pronounce after you’ve had a few (ish-tah-ben-TOON). As you can guess from the honey/morning glory inclusion – very sweet.
