It’s hard to juggle a DSLR, a wine glass and a plate of pork belly in the dark, so I really didn’t take a lot of pictures at Primal. I’ll be updating this post with more thoughts shortly, but I thought I go ahead and post what I have.

No kidding – then we probably even spoke! I wish I’d known. I should have Twittered a meeting spot as soon as I got there. Seems like I missed a lot of Atlanta food peeps. BTW, one of the other wines there was NASTY – we poured it out in your bucket! (I’ll tell you which one in a less public forum).
Sorry I missed you this weekend! It really was a fantastic meat-splosion. I took about 100 pics…I’ll post some soon.
